Listening and gathering
We start from your real documents: org charts, procedures, management systems, Excel sheets, workflows. We bring together everything that tells us how the company is organized, defining objectives, scope and priorities together with you.
The snapshot of the real company
We analyze the documentation gathered and draw a first map of processes, roles and systems. Thanks to AI we examine every document — not just a sample — capturing connections and recurring patterns across different areas that a traditional analysis would struggle to bring to light.
We then compare the map with the people who actually work in the company, through targeted questionnaires and interviews: this is the step that reveals the difference between the "theoretical" process and the real one — waste, duplication, bottlenecks, activities without a clear owner.
The redesign
With the complete snapshot in hand, we decide together what to change. For each process we ask four questions: is it still needed? Can it be simplified? Can it be automated? Is human intervention really necessary?
This is where the intervention plan takes shape, ordered by impact and feasibility.
